It wasn't bad despite the howling 35kt. NW (off-sideshore) wind at Pt. Judith. The tide was too high and there was a big chop on the waves, but head-high sets were coming in every 5 minutes or so...

A cold sharp wind came over the wave and I just barely turned my head the wrong way. That was last week. It took four days before I had to admit the pain and lumpy neck was more than a passing earache...
