So, who's paying attention to the map? Projections call for a good probability of an impressive coastal storm setup.

Craig, warm up that Mavica buddy. <G>

I hope we get something Mark, I got some new surf stuff for Christmas that im dying to try out. Only time will tell, hopefully this time the winds won't go offshore at 40mph and knock it down in about 6 hours.

Hey, I am always ENTHUSED about lows. BUT....IF THE STORM IS TOO BAD I CAN'T GET THERE!!!! So, let's hope the storm goes through today and we have beautiful offshores (tempered) and clean surf on Friday.

The 2nd Mavika is broken and would cost $750 to fix including labor. I'm not doing it. I'm finished with mavikas until they are more durable. $1400 on broken mavikas in one year was too much.

Bud would do it.

Now, I haven't tried it, nor have I tried one of those new super-stretchys, however....assuming you're not using a full body rashguard or thermals.

Back in the oooold days, when we had to use diver's suits, we used to talcum powder the hell out of the things so we could get in and out of them.

can't hurt....

The suit does go on easier if you wear socks while putting it on.

Just don't forget to take 'em off before you put the booties on

Uh huh, I should have mentioned that! They are extremely hard to get into, you cant just 'pull' it on, you have to peel and unpeel yourself out and roll up the sleeves and legs, etc. It's sticks to you too much when trying to pull it on, hence, when they first came out, many people were returning them cause seems were busting cause they were trying to yank it on like a 'regular' suit.

Elasto Tip#34: put your leash underneath the leg, not over. Their rubber is so soft the leash will destroy it.
