Disturbing news is that the guy might have some mental problems...hmmmm, surfing in a contest area during said contest, mouthing off to da water patrol, throwing the first punch, etc. Sea-ya DaGriz 'Yes we have no surf in Texas and when we find it, watch out!'

Unclear as to why Haw'ns claim rights to the Pacifi Ocean in 'da islands. For chris'sake, who sold them the exclusive rights to it. Because you 'da kine doesn't give you rights to maim a fellow humanoid, contest or not. Didn't Lance and Tudor pay a large fine and placed on probation for taking the law into their 'vigalante' hands. Have the Haw'ns beat on Osama bin Laden if they're so tough. Go git 'em, bra.
