I figured that their sandbar break would almost always break. Somebody just posted that tides and weather weren't cooperating with the morning sessions. The tides are extreme, so you may want to consider them for your trip dates.

I think a ticket would cost you between $450 and $650. They'd arrange transportation, which consists of an airport pick-up, possible wait at a hotel (depending of tides), a long but comfortable bus ride, short but cramped cab ride, then a nice panga ride to the island. In short, you can make travel a half-day affair if everything comes together, but it could be an over-nighter. They seem to have the logistics worked out smoothly.
I wouldn't worry about it. I had the squirts for a couple days on the first trip, nothing a bottle of Pepto can't fix.
Not at the camp, but Panama City is a nice, clean place with a good economy. There's a McDonald's cybercafe in the heart of the shopping district.
Alvin, you seem like a very well-traveled and adventurous person. Your Indo boat trip is a greater undertaking than Morro Negrito.
I liked the breaks there, and it pushed my personal limits. The camp is nice with excellent food and decent accomadations, and the prices are a bargan. After two trips though, I've found it isolated to the point where I'd rather see more of Panama. If you have more than one week, I'd suggest spending half your time there and the other half exploring other little beach towns along the coast. You'll find that plenty of non-American tourists have already discovered this pleasant country.
For the best opinion, E-mail Steve at the camp. He's an honest guy and can give you accurate answers.
Best of luck,
