....on Sat night, February 23rd I beleive, somone correct me on the date. Anyway, we're playing up there and I will have further info for anyone who may be able to be up there that weekend. We will be riding that whole mountain both Sat and Sunday.

Sounds good! I'll probably be at my brother's place in Burlington VT the weekend before that, which is the long one, but there's no reason I can't head up for two consecutive weekends. I've never been to Jay and I've heard it rocks, best powder stashes in VT. Plus I missed the band at the Ocean Mist in RI, so glad there'll be another chance.

Thinking about a 'snow-guidopalooza,' there aren't many alt.surfers in New England who snowboard (at least there aren't many who post), but even if it's only a handful of us I'm sure we can make up for lack of numbers with the excess of stoke that will abound on the slopes and the apres-snowboard festivities.

Cool, I hope you can make it. We've talked about boarding together before, and now we can maybe do it at the best Mt in VT! My bassist' father has a condo up there and just got back yesterday from a week up there and he said the snow was just unreal. Spent the whole week riding throught the glades

It's a kind of stoke that can only be matched by a good day of waves and better. It far exceeds the stoke of a bad day of waves. Only a surfer AND snowboarder know the feeling!
