Hello,

I'm planning on spending some time in the Biarritz area then heading to Morocco in October.

Wondering if anyone can tell me:

- What kind of wetsuit I'll need in Biarritz

- Where the best place to rent boards (large selection of real boards - not sponge/longboards) in the Biarritz area?

- Anything at all about Morocco because I can't find any information about the surf. Especially: - Water temp/Wetsuits - Best towns to stay in - Is there anywhere at all to rent boards - Surfshops

newsgroup as I have trouble accessing the newsgroup and don't want to miss out on any info.

Thanks in advance,

Jeff

The 'other' Mrs. Foon (that goes by the name 'Jeff' - just goes to show the man values diversity). Foon, both wives out of town at the same time? Wow, what a clever GP2K1 planner you are!

I suggest you get the stromriders guide to europe, available in surfshops and from http://www.lowpressure.co.uk It has good info on France and Marocco, most if not all the info you want.

The Anglet/Biarritz area is packed with surfshops, surfrentals, surfschools and shapers. It should be real easy to find a board to rent. I guess you'd be better off buying one there tho, renting sounds a bit expensive in the long run.
