Either Surfer or Surfing has a recent pictorial/article on the place...On the racks now!!!

Summation: its a Trailer Trash Version of a Surf Destination.

Hope your buddy has his Instrument Rating (fog...etc.) and can land in a strong sideshore wind (crab). Check the plane for stowaway mice. The wave at Open Doors is a fun barrel... kiddie pool version of Puerto. Check the avgas at Guererro for H20. Vaya con dios.

I zipped down to the Safeway to take a look at the article in Surfer Mag. Thanks for all the info, and especially the cool photos from WARDOG.
