Looking for someone who has info on wavepools

I'm looking for someone who has information on wave pools i.e. Typhoon Lagoon at Disney in O-lando.

Ever ride the wave was it worth the trip?

How about the wave in Japan or Malaysia?

I just saw a news report about a new wave pool that you could put in your backyard, or at least that's what they said on the report. The wave was actually a bit tubey but they didn't show a wide view of it. I know I'd like to have one...if I had a backyard.

Fuggetaboutit.....Although I've seen pictures, I've also experienced it first hand. Six Flags in NJ has a wave pool that I had the opportunity to demo solo. It duplicated 2-3 ft slop that I wouldn't go out in even in the doggiest days of august. That being said..I would've liked to get behind the controls of the mechanics as it did have potential. Perhaps shutting down two pumps and letting 2 run on half the pool. Hmmm, Al, I'll be calling you !!
