back in the year 2000 jan. f.b.i and detroit police department came to my house with a warrant out of conneticut for drug trafficking to an under cover cop i have 2 problems with thatone i never been to conneticut and most important im not a drug dealer i spent one night in jail then i went before a judge majistrate Carleson who dismissed the case and told f.b.i agent john patinesse to get a hold of conneticut to have the warrant drop a few years later i found that the warrant was still pending i got ahold of debra boogstie from conneticut news who sent derrick dennis to my house for an interview were the tape was shippped to conneticut to be aired f.b.i told news reporters that they was going to reword the warrant instead of takeing my name off of it later i found that they learned the true identity off the perp and told me that they wasnt going to drop my name off the warrant until they catch him its been 7 years now and i called conneticut and they still telling me i need to turn myself in to them a state i never been for a crime i never committed i want this to be water under the bridge but its kind of hard when this problem keep comeing up i just want a fair opportunity for employment without people saying im a wanted criminal if theirs anything you can do please get in contact with me about this problem my name is reggie dumas

Reggie welcome to the forum

I think best thing you can do given the circumstances is take the f.b.i. to court. There must be a way to do this. I know this shouldn't even have to be happening but since you're 'in it' not of your fault - I think bringing them to court would be the only way to get them off your throat.
