Come in the spring or fall! You may be familiar with how this place gets in the summer sometimes...fry an egg on the sidewalk, 105F and 95% humidity. But that is only sometimes.
Personally I'll take 30F over 105F any day. I once swore I'd never live south of the Mason Dixon line. Later I moved my recquisite latitude line north to the Kankekee River at Flatbelly's Reservation:

I hereby expand my recquisite latitude line south to Cabo as long as the longitudinal location is within 25,000 Cubits of the Pacific Ocean but will remain north of that line in most sections of these United States..
